Who we are
Buy To Sell Property is a trading name of 5JE London Limited, a small London property company run by people who buy, build and improve property with their own money. Between us we have decades in this market: buying houses and flats directly from their owners, refurbishing property that ordinary buyers cannot touch, taking land through planning, and building new homes.
We make our own decisions and we are accountable for being wrong — there is no committee and no panel of buyers.
That matters here for one reason: the analysis on this site is not produced to sell you something. It is the same analysis we stake our own money on.
How we find the deals
Every week our valuation system prices residential property across 207 postcode districts in London and the Home Counties, looking for the listings the market has mispriced: probate sales, short leases, repossessions, broken chains, tired listings.
The system finds candidates; people make the calls. Before a deal reaches the list, we have checked it, put our own value* on it, costed what we can cost*, and written down why we think it is cheap — including what is wrong with it.
It finds far more than we can buy. The overflow — the deals we could not get to, not the ones we turned down — goes to registered investors, free.

Every deal is already on the open market with an agent. If you buy, you buy through that agent, with your own solicitor. We take no fee and add no margin.
